Damaged Items
In the event your purchase arrives damaged:
- Document the damage: Take clear photographs showing the damage to both the item and packaging.

- Include order information: Your order number, name, and description of the damage.
Resolution Process
Upon receipt of your damage claim, we will:
- Review your claim and photographs within 2 business days
- Process approved resolutions within 5-7 business days
